• Medical/Therapeutic Massage--Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Post-Isometric Stretching, Positional Release.  

  • The focus of this massage is the treatment of problem areas which cause chronic pain or discomfort.  Pressure will be at least at the "good hurt" level and may be slightly uncomfortable as directed by the client.  While symptoms will lessen, client may also have some level of soreness afterward as if having started a new exercise program.  The most successful therapy is done in a series of treatments each of which makes measured improvement until the problem areas are no longer tender to the touch, even with deep pressure.  ONE-HALF HOUR SESSIONS available only for your choice of upper body work or lower body work.
